Due to the demand of our time, a Credit Card is now required to be on file. If you cancel in less than 24 hours or no show, your card will be charged for half of your scheduled service. 

When you arrive for your appointment, wait in your car and text the salon to check in. We will text you when it’s time to come in

Everyone is required to wear a mask for your entire visit. If you don't have one, we can provide one for $1. Due to the nature of our services, your mask may stain from color. We are NOT responsible. 

Come with clean hair (shampooed same day of service). Please shower before arrival if you have exercised or been at hospital

You will be handed a clean color robe after washing your hands. We are temporarily asking you not to change during your color service. Do not wear your valuable clothing or bring a shopping bag you can put your clothing in if you must change. We are not responsible for your clothing.

We will screen all guests & staff upon arrival for illness with a touchless thermometer. Please reschedule if your temperature is above 100 degrees or you don't meet current CDC and or Covid-19 guidelines. You will not be allowed in the building with a temperature. If you are at risk for Covid-19, please wait to schedule your hair appointment.

We have temporarily suspended our complimentary food and beverage service. 

We have temporarily closed our waiting / processing lounge. 

Please limit what you bring into the salon. No Purses, Bags, Carry-ons, Attache cases or Similar. We have removed all books, magazines and shared materials so don't forget your phone. 

COME ALONE! Please don't bring anyone with you to your appointment. We are limited to the number of people in the building so visitors are strictly prohibited. One adult may accompany a child receiving a service.
Please be on time for your appointment. This will allow us to keep space between appointments for sanitation and social distancing. 
Please tell us if you've had color since your last visit to the salon. We may need more time or products to cover your gray, so hair service codes and additional product charges may apply.
